Residential Roofing Sales Consultant
The honest pitch, salesperson to salesperson: most roofing sales jobs hand you a commodity and a script, then send you out to grind against six identical bids. We hand you something different — the only forensic-grade story in this market.
You’ll be selling for the company founded by the guy who taught building code at Mesa Community College and helped write the national roofing textbooks. Every prospect you sit with gets a documented photo diagnostic before the conversation even turns to money. Directorii backing protects their deposit with $30,000 in third-party assurance and up to $250,000 in warranty coverage. Financing with 0% options removes the budget objection. You will never have to out-shout a cheaper bid — you’ll out-prove it.
Who we’re looking for:
- A proven residential closer in-home sales experience, comfortable asking for the business and getting it. Roofing background is a plus, not a requirement; we can teach roofs, we can’t teach drive.
- Someone who closes on evidence, not pressure. Our model is consultant-first: the diagnostic drives the recommendation, and our reputation depends on that staying true in every living room.
- Self-managed, coachable, and hungry you run your pipeline like it’s your business, because your income will reflect exactly that.
- Clean communicator our clients include realtors, investors, and property managers who refer based on how you made them feel.
What you get:
- Compensation built for producers this role rewards results, and top performers here will out-earn their old grind. We’ll talk real numbers in the interview, face to face.
- The easiest credibility in the market HAAG, NRCA, GAF certifications, BBB A+, Directorii verification, and a founder whose name opens doors.
- Leads plus hunting ground active marketing across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, and Scottsdale, and full support for your own referral network.
- A production team that makes you look good what you sell is what Eric’s crew builds, photographed layer by layer. Your customers become your references.
- A family company where you’re a name, not a headcount.
