Henry started roofing at 12 years old, introduced to the trade by his great-grandfather. Over the four decades since, he didn’t just learn to install roofs he mastered the science of building them correctly, then spent his career raising the standard of the entire industry:
- Award-winning educator taught Residential Building Code at Mesa Community College, earning the Outstanding Adjunct Award (2022)
- National curriculum contributor served on the NCCER and NRCA textbook revision committee, helping write the materials that train the next generation of roofers
- NCCER Master Trainer and Subject Matter Expert certified to train the trainers
- HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector and NRCA Concrete Roof Tile Assessor
- Forensic expert witness (SEAK trained) retained to investigate why roofs fail

Every project we build is overseen by Eric Nava and Eric earned that role from the roof down. He started in 2004 as a spray foam helper, learning the chemistry and craft of foam systems from the ground up. Nearly fourteen years as a foreman followed supervising complex projects, enforcing code compliance, and mentoring young roofers then superintendent work coordinating large-scale commercial crews across Phoenix. Today he’s a licensed roofing contractor and certified foam and coatings expert with more than two decades of hands-on fieldwork.
