He has taught building code as an award-winning adjunct professor at Mesa Community College, trained the trade in vocational schools as a certified Master Trainer, and even sat on the national committee to help develop the very textbooks used to teach the next generation of roofers.

Eric began his career in 2004 as a Spray Foam Helper at Specialty Roofing Inc., learning the intricate chemical and physical nuances of foam insulation from the ground up. Recognizing his drive, deep technical comprehension, and bilingual communication skills, he quickly advanced. By 2007, he was stepping into leadership as a Foreman, a pivotal role he held for nearly 14 years, where he supervised complex projects, ensured strict building code compliance, and mentored the next generation of roofers on proper installation techniques and safety protocols.

His reputation for personal responsibility and operating seamlessly in fast-paced environments led him to serve as a Superintendent for Diversified Roofing in Phoenix, further sharpening his ability to optimize resource allocation and coordinate large-scale crew schedules. Today, Eric holds a valid Roofing Contractor License (2021–Present), cementing his status as a fully credentialed industry professional.
